For our 7 Day Safe Passage Odyssey, we are offering to waive the $ 100 per hour boating charges, the $ 180 per hour marriage counseling charges, the charges for boat dockage, fuel, catered lunches and any other of our charges if you meet some very simple conditions. First, you must be one of the initial couples who are willing to help us start this service. Second, your relationship must be judged by Dr. Kaye to have a reasonable probability of benefiting from our service in that you don't have some type of problems which often render marriage counseling ineffective. You must be willing to follow all safety rules and captain's safety directions while onboard the sailing vessel. You must also be able to coordinate your availability with our availability. If you can meet these conditions, then our charges to you for the marriage counseling and the captained daily sailboat cruises will be........ $ 0.00 ZERO!! NO CHARGE!!

Sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it?  You’re probably wondering “What’s the catch?”  Why would we be offering such an incredible value at no financial compensation to us?  Here’s why:

Ours is a unique service that to our knowledge has never previously existed.  While Dr. Kaye has been helping couples to save their marriages for over 30 years and is an author of The Marriage First Aid Kit, the nautical odyssey retreat is completely new.  He and his wife Helen still need to refine their service during this Beta testing phase before they market their service to mass media.  That means incredible savings to you if you are one of the first couples to volunteer.  If you have any question about the quality of help you will receive, we encourage you to read Dr. Kaye’s book that’s provided elsewhere on this website.  We’re confident that you will be reassured about Dr. Kaye’s expertise.

While the pre-media special will save you thousands of dollars in counseling and boating fees, there are expenses that you will need to handle on your own.  The following expenses are not charged by us and you will need to make your own arrangements for them. There is no hidden obligation to us regarding any of the following expenses. if you volunteer for a Safe Passage Odyssey, it will be up to you about how you wanT to arrange for the following.  These include :

Your round-trip airfare to and from New Bern Airport.

Your taxi service between New Bern Airport and Oriental, NC.

Your lodging in Oriental and each of the destinations that you visit on your voyage.  We would make recommendations but you would be free to choose and reserve your own lodging a day in advance, depending on weather. Any lodging you reserve will be fine with us.

Your meals in port.  You can choose any restaurants in any port with no obligation to us. Sampling restaurants is part of the fun.  Free catered lunches will sometimes be provided onboard when sailing.

None of the above expenses are paid to us and we receive no compensation from the providers of your lodging and meals.  This is an honest, above-board offer in which we will help you debug your marriage problems while you help us debug the initial beta version of our unique service.  We will not charge you for any of the services that we ourselves provide. So if you can find a way to minimize your lodging, meals and transportation costs, the overall cost of your Love Odyssey venture will be minimal BECAUSE WE WILL CHARGE YOU NOTHING FOR YOUR MARRIAGE COUNSELING AND YOUR EXOTIC SAILING ODYSSEY!
